Refund & Cancellation

In case of dissatisfaction from our products, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel an order within a reasonable time and till the order status is "Processing". You will not be charged for any orders cancelled in accordance with this clause. Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled by UdaipurBazar will usually be reimbursed using the same method you used to pay for your order.

We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:

1. In the event of the designated address following outside the delivery area covered by us.

2. Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking.

3. Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, address or authorization from you at the time of delivery.

4. Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order.

5. Failure to confirm an Order due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor.

Refund Policy

In the odd case that you do not love your UdaipurBazar products, here is our policy on returns:

1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information.

2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 24 hours of receiving your order.

3. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

4. The UdaipurBazar Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.

5. Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your UdaipurBazar account within 24 working hours from when the product is picked up by our courier partner. However, if you'd like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

6. We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the UdaipurBazar Care team at info@udaipurbazar.com.

7. We will refund the purchase price minus the shipping/handling charges. Instructions for returning products are included with every product.

8. All returns are subject to the discretion of UdaipurBazar. But we're a friendly bunch :)
